The octave relationship is a natural phenomenon that has been referred to as the "basic miracle of music”. To emphasize that it is one of the perfect intervals (including unison, perfect fourth, and perfect fifth), the octave is designated P8.

Amanda is co-Founder & President & CEO of Octave Capital Management. She is also Founder and Principal Designer of Amanda Church Design based in Nashville, TN.
Amanda has over 25 years of experience in retail sales, real estate and investing in New York, London, Miami and Nashville. She founded Octave's real estate investment arm. She invested and runs our RE portfolio in Nashville.
